(Actually located on HAFB)

Range Safety and Vega Drone control were located in K-1 until the coming of fiber optics.  The fiber optic control signals were the reliable enough to be relayed to Bldg. 300 at the main post.  This made K-1 unnecessary.  It was still used as a communication hub for the outlying sites.  During the early days there was a telemetry van parked outside for direct mission control and weapon system monitoring.
